W-L Bests TC Williams at Pre-Season Scrimmage
W-L and Alexandria's TC Williams, the region's two oldest rowing programs, went head-to-head Saturday in an early season scrimmage on the upper Potomac.
For the first time in recent memory, the 1,500 meter course was moved upstream of the 3 sisters with the finish at Key bridge. The new course allowed for great viewing from PBC for W-L fans and our TC guests. With our record number of novice rowers led by experienced varsity, W-L is poised for a season of fast boats and top finishes. On to St. Andrews!
